As the operations leader and senior project manager with Murex Environmental, Inc., Mr. Squire has 20 years of experience in cleanup, reuse and rebuilding of former industrial properties. He is an expert in environmental site assessment, soil and groundwater remediation, and environmental regulatory negotiation and permitting. Mr. Squire has completed projects under the oversight of the EPA, DTSC, RWQCB, LADBS, LAHHMD, San Diego DEH, OCHCA, AQMD, and many other State and local agencies and municipalities. He leverages these relationships on behalf of his clients to clear sites and move building projects and property transactions forward.
Areas of particular expertise include Brownfields redevelopment (i.e., rebuilding on contaminated properties), addressing contamination at plating facilities, and innovative approaches to site cleanup at active aerospace facilities
