Stavro Pilafas is a senior environmental scientist and project manager with a proven track record of over 20 years of experience effectively and successfully executing groundwater and soil assessment and remediation projects for a diverse set of clients in the private sector. He commands a breadth and depth of knowledge in various groundwater monitoring and soil investigation and sampling methods, health and safety protocols, chemical constituents of concern, and laboratory analyses.
He cultivates collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, and regulators including the RWQCB, DTSC, and OCHCA.
